“Since 2008 John Babb has been an integral part of the Greater Manchester Street Pastors Together training programme and has already put over 200 volunteer candidates through his conflict resolution course. Because of their values, street pastors often put themselves into harm’s way in an attempt to help others; John’s insight has helped us to understand our values and the ability to evaluate our actions, giving us a clear insight and foundation to understand the principles of conflict resolution. John’s humour and interactive delivery style has helped to communicate a serious subject effectively.
