About Us

Chelstern George Associates Ltd was established in 2018 by its founder John Babb, whom, at the time, was a serving police officer with the Greater Manchester Police. As such, he split his time between the business and his day-to-day policing duties. This necessitated the support of other highly trained and experienced personnel. Since his retirement in 2021, John operates the business full-time, and is now the principal coach and trainer, supported by his colleagues as and when the need arises.

John is unique, in that he has extensive policing experience (30 yrs), incorporating a number of specialist areas/roles, including: Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership, including Training (design & delivery), Conflict management and De-escalation, Diversity Equality and Inclusion, Risk management and control and Covert Policing.
